Cash, personal checks, money orders, cashier checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express (AMEX - skin care orders only) credit and debit cards are gladly accepted!
When you order from my personal shopping websites, please note that your credit/debit card will not be charged immediately. I will receive an email and then I charge your card for the final amount after applying discounts, sales tax, and shipping charges. I can answer all your questions before your card is charged so you know your correct total.
Please note that full payment for all orders is expected to be paid upfront.
When is the last time you ordered something from the JCPenney catalog and the friendly customer service representative on the other end of the line said, "Hey, whenever you can get a check mailed off to us is fine! We'll just send your order right out to you and trust that you'll eventually pay us!"
You might be smiling, thinking to yourself, "That would NEVER happen - they would go out of business if they just trusted everyone to be honest and pay them!" It's not that the people at JCPenney don't trust you - they just want to ensure that they can maintain their business with quality products, services, and happy (paid) employees.
I am also running a business - earning a living and paying my bills. I commit a large part of my time and effort to providing my customers with the highest level of quality products and helpful service.
Unfortunately, a few "bad apples" have not followed the honor system of paying for their orders. This obligates me to issue this payment policy to maintain the level of business that I have worked so hard to achieve. Dishonest people who don't pay are like shoplifters at a retail store. In the long run, it costs me money, time, and effort - and in turn - hurts the 99.99% of my customers who NEVER did anything wrong and don't deserve to be punished for the wrongs of others!
That being said...! I consider all of my customers to be my friends and I want to have an open, honest line of communication if you need to work out a payment plan or delay a payment.
Please don't ever be afraid or embarrassed to come to me - I will keep all personal and financial situations 100% CONFIDENTIAL!
